Here is the new game plan for paying your athletic participation fee:

Register now at https://frederickcounty.schoolcashonline.com and select Get Started Today.

Once the athletic team is chosen and the roster is finalized, you will receive an e-mail to let you know when you may go online and pay the participation fee.

Beginning with this upcoming fall 2016 season, a $3 administrative fee will now be applied to the $90.00 athletic participation fee (athletic fees were exempt from this for 2015-2016).

Therefore, the new total cost of our athletic participation fees will be $93.00.

Please note that the $3 administrative fee will apply to both online and cash/check athletic participation fee payments.

Note: You will not be able to pay online until your son or daughter is selected for the team and the roster has been finalized.

Payment due dates (day before the regular season begins):
  • Fall: Thursday, Sept. 3
  • Winter: Thursday, Dec. 3
  • Spring: Sunday, March 20

Note: All student-athletes must pay the participation fee before the first game.
