By engaging in recreational and youth development activities, students build on individual talents in a respectful, safe and nurturing environment. The Frederick Community Learning Centers empower families and provide them with the skills and resources for success. We currently provide services to Hillcrest, Lincoln, and Waverley elementary schools.
