Our Mission:
The Office of Legal Services has primary responsibility for advising
the superintendent and school system personnel on matters involving
legal issues, employee contract administration, and personnel matters.
It is the Board of Education’s
intent to make its policies and school system regulations more accessible
by providing this on-line service. However, policies and regulations
are continually revised and updated to comply with current state and
federal laws. They are subject to change without notice, and the Board
of Education and school system reserve the right to enforce changes
immediately. The Office of Legal Services maintains the official documents.
