Bus Facility Feasibility Study

Feasibility Phase (Phase 2)
During the second phase of the Feasibility Study the goal was to evaluate existing and potential site resources based on the needs outlined in the Project Scope Phase.  Available sites owned by the County or FCPS will be studied, along with sites that may be available for purchase. The team developed a weighted rubric using the Phase 1 facility specification document and evaluated existing and potential site resources.
