Bus Facility Study

Recommendation Phase (Phase 3)
The third phase of the project was an investment analysis to determine how FCPS can best meet the Transportation Department’s needs as outlined in Phase 1. The team investigated the costs and benefits of new construction, partnerships with private companies, and partnerships with public agencies. The team also considered various public and private mechanisms to finance the site acquisition, development and facility construction of a number of plan scenarios.The team has completed the Phase 3 report and will present the findings at the September 13 Board of Education afternoon work session.
