Finance Department
The FCPS Finance Department is committed to (1) fairly presenting and fully disclosing the financial position and results of financial operations of all funds of Frederick County Public Schools in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles, and (2) determining and demonstrating compliance with finance-related legal and contractual provisions.

Department functions and responsibilities encompass internal financial reporting, state and federal reporting, accounts payable and receivables, and payroll.
