Project Name: Green Valley Elementary School Replacement
Location: 4551 Landsdale Parkway Monrovia, MD 21770
Project Goal: The new Green Valley ES will be energy efficient buildings that meets, at a minimum, the USGBC LEED Silver design requirements. However, the building are not scheduled to be certified with the USGBC. All current local building codes of the authorities having jurisdiction as well as the FCPS Educational Program Specifications shall be met and adhered to as well. The Green Valley ES design is to be performed in accordance with the State of Maryland IAC / PSCP guidelines and DGS requirements.

One Month Look Ahead:
- The School is open and occupied
- Received Final Certificate of Occupancy on October 15, 2025
- HVAC commissioning is complete
- Completing the punch list activities and addressing any warranty claims.
- Existing School site Haz Mat, Demolition and Site Restoration is complete
