Middle School Career and Technical Education

The CTE program offers middle school students the opportunity to explore careers, work in teams and develop skills that will prove useful throughout their lives.

Family and Consumer Sciences prepares students to become independent and promotes understanding of their importance as members and leaders of tomorrow's families, workplaces and communities. Instruction emphasizes the value of responsibility, productivity and maintaining high standards. Students learn to synthesize knowledge from multiple sources and work cooperatively.

Technical education focuses on effective use of technology in the design process, computational thinking, and problem solving.
