Design for Professional Learning
This resource was created to assist educators in designing quality professional learning that leads to effective teaching practices, increased leadership, and improved student results. The design plan, facilitation, and evaluation methods used throughout the Professional Learning process can heighten the effectiveness of both educator and student learning outcomes. Understanding what constitutes quality Professional Learning is imperative. Often times school/county Professional Learning is the the most accessible means to develop consistent knowledge, enhance existing knowledge and bring about change to improve teacher effectiveness and student learning.
