Project Name: Hillcrest Elementary Renovation
Location: 1285 Hillcrest Drive Frederick, MD 21703
Project Goal: Hillcrest Elementary School (HES) is to be renovated within the Summer 2026 and the summer of 2027. The project will focus on revitalizing interior and exterior aesthetics, roofing needs, HVAC/Electrical and Plumbing upgrades as required to increase the longevity of the school for another 35 years. The construction will solely focus on upgrading systems and aesthetics and will not change/increase any programmatic space. The project is being designed by Ashley-McGraw Architects and the work will be performed by Davis Construction. The team will meet all current local building codes of the Authority Having Jurisdiction and the FCPS Educational Program Specifications.
