Leaders Inspire and Facilitate Transformation (L.I.F.T.) provides new school administrators with timely coaching and training from experienced administrators. The goal of the LIFT Principal Coaching Program is to build the capacity of the new administrator with supportive performance-oriented coaching and personalized professional learning. The additional support for new administrators ensures more systemic consistency of principal performance, ultimately helping to increase retention rates for teachers and administrators with the goal of positively impacting our schools and their effectiveness in our community.

Leadership Coaches participate in an in-depth training process in preparation for being paired with a newly-appointed administrator. Over the course of the year-long program, coaches meet regularly with their coachees to support their goals.
