FCPS would like your feedback on the following four calendar options for School Year 2026-27.

• Option 1: Starts August 12, 2026, last day May 25, 2027
• Option 2: Starts August 17, 2026, last day May 28, 2027
• Option 3: Starts August 19, 2026, last day June 4, 2027
• Option 4: Starts August 19, 2026, last day June 7, 202

Please review these calendar options, and submit your survey response by midnight, Friday, December 13, 2024.

Winter 2025 Closings and Delays

• Friday, January 3: Schools and offices closed 2 hours early
• Monday, January 6: Schools and offices closed
• Tuesday, January 7, Schools closed, offices 2 hours late
• Wednesday, January 8, Schools open 2 hours late, offices on time
• Thursday, January 9, Schools open 2 hours late, offices open on time
