The FCPS Purchasing Department obtains the goods and services necessary for the students and staff in the most cost-effective and efficient manner, and we encourage open competition among vendors through fair negotiation, competitive bidding and contract buying.

All Frederick County Public School vendors and or contractors interested in bidding on FCPS projects must register at eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA). FCPS will no longer accept applications through this webpage.
