Solicitations and Awards

Due to COVID-19, in order to protect our Vendors and Staff, the Purchasing Department will temporarily be accepting on-line bid submissions via OpenGov. You must be registered with OpenGov for on-line submissions. Please register and log-in prior to the bid due date to become acclimated with the platform. OpenGov offers a “help” and live-chat feature, should you have any questions on the platform.

To get started: (the blue wording below are hyperlinks to click on that will take you to the OpenGov webpages needed)

  • Step 1: click here, and sign up for an account. You’ll receive an email to activate your account.  
  • Step 2: Then subscribe to our bids by navigating here. Once you click on the blue “navigate here” hyperlink, you will then click the green SUBSCRIBE button on the OpenGove page.
