FCPS Announces Class of 2020 Meme Contest Winners

Frederick County Public Schools announces the winners of the Seniors, What Do You Meme? contest.

In this Twitter initiative, designed to engage the Class of 2020, FCPS invited seniors to describe their post-graduation plans in a meme. A panel of FCPS students and staff selected the top 10 memes, which FCPS then posted to Twitter for community voting from May 18-26. The number of Twitter likes determined the winners.

Contest winners in order ranked by scores are: Chad McKee, Urbana High; Jackson Scheidhauer, Urbana High; Samuel Gonzales, Frederick High; James Sahli, Oakdale High; Caleb Brockett, Tuscarora High; Drew Zachary Cooper, Oakdale High; Ben Clarke, Urbana High; Jevaun-Dean Linton, Governor Thomas Johnson High; David Rapp, Middletown High; and Claire Sanford, Urbana High.

Rotary Clubs of Frederick, VCRE.Co, and the PTA Council of Frederick Maryland provided prizes for the winners.
