The Board of Education of Frederick County approved the 2023-24 Frederick County Public Schools calendar at its January 12 meeting.
Calendar highlights:
- The first day of instruction for students will be Wednesday, August, 23, 2023.
- Winter Break will be Saturday, Dec. 23, 2023, through Monday, January 1, 2024.
- Spring Break will be Friday, March 29, through Sunday, April 7, 2024.
- The last scheduled day for student instruction is Wednesday, June 5, 2024.
