Mental Health

You’ve heard it before - we’re social beings and we thrive on predictability. Gathering together in routine ways is reassuring. However, essential responses to COVID-19 mean that routines have changed, social distancing is necessary, and we’re inundated with ongoing news of the crisis. It’s unsettling at best, dysregulating at worst, and we need to address the anxiety and sadness. Now more than ever, let’s take time to practice and promote active and effective steps to foster good mental health for our children and ourselves.
