Pave Your Way: Transition Fair

A resource fair for all ages to connect students and families with community resources, programs, and provide participants with opportunities to strengthen their knowledge of careers, education, training and support
available to individuals with disabilities now and beyond public education.

There will be sessions held throughout the event to learn more about these resourses and critical information.
