The Department of Equity and Organizational Development is committed to supporting all employees with opportunities to learn and grow as a professional. Build Your Own Program
In partnership with Human Resources, the Build Your Own Program is designed to offer professional learning and training opportunities to support career ladder advancement for FCPS ESPs.
Current Offerings:
- Build Your Own Secretary Cohort: Professional learning opportunity designed for current support staff that desire building their skills and capacity for possible promotional opportunities. Micro-credentialing opportunities also available.
