Enroll
Enrolling is a simple process. Both the parent/guardian and child must be residents of Frederick County Maryland. The parent/guardian completes and signs the Home Instruction Notification Form for any child who is 5 years old or older on September 1st of the current school year and below the age of 18. The completed form is emailed to homeinstruction@fcps.org.
