Maryland’s number one industry is Agriculture and Frederick county leads the way in the state. Students learn about innovative and sustainable agricultural processes, technology, and business management practices. These courses support careers and industry certifications in plant science, animal science, agricultural mechanics, and industry related fields such as biotechnology and agribusiness.
