Lucas Tessarollo

Elected term: July 2022 - June 2023

Lucas Tessarollo is a senior at Governor Thomas Johnson High School.  He ran track during his sophomore year, played lacrosse during his junior year, has played soccer since his freshman year, and has been on the Academic Team since his freshman year. He has been involved in the Student Government Association (SGA) since middle school and served as the SGA President at GTJHS during his junior year. He has served on the Frederick County Association of Student Councils (FCASC) Student Outreach Committee and is the YMCA Leaders Club President. In addition, he is involved in school clubs such as National Honor Society (NHS), Key Club, Model United Nations and Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA).

Lucas’ primary goal as the Student Member of the Board will be to form open communication with students through as many avenues as possible, from visiting schools in person to using social media. Furthermore, he plans to build on this communication by creating tangible solutions that will positively impact students.
