Project Schedule

Safe separation student/staff - careful measures will be taken to maintain a safe separation between construction and ongoing school activities
Coordination & Communication - close coordination with school and consistent communication of project schedule and activities to all affected school personnel, including building maintenance
Noise reduction - Keller will minimize noise as much as possible during school operating hours. Additionally, we will coordinate the construction schedule with the school's testing schedule to avoid impacting testing times
Dust control and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) measures
Proper Authorization of Workers On-Site - proper authorization of all construction personnel on-site
Security - identification badges for all workers
Pedestrian/traffic control - pedestrian and traffic control measures as needed
Close coordination with school events calendar including athletics, academic, and social events

Our goal is to build a relationship of trust and transparency with the Oakdale Middle School community
